Conduct property inspectionsto assess land and buildings’ physical and economic characteristics..
Determine market value, rental value, and investment potential of properties.
Analyze real estate market trends, property demand, and comparable sales data.
Prepare detailed valuation reports for financial analysis, acquisitions, and decision-making.
Ensure valuations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
Work with surveyors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to verify property details.
Assess zoning regulations, land use planning, and development potential.
Advise management on property pricing, negotiation strategies, and risk assessment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Valuation, Real Estate, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., NIESV, RICS, or other recognized valuation bodies) is an advantage.
3 – 5 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate assessment.
Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property laws, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, valuation software, and GIS mapping tools.
Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
