Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Monitor compliance with ISA 2025, SEC Rules, NGX Listing Rules, CAMA 2020, NDPA 2023, and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with regulators and support inspections, filings, and audits.
Assist in preparing board and committee meeting documents, minutes, and resolutions.
Maintain statutory books and ensure timely regulatory filings.
Identify and escalate legal and compliance risks.
Support implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
Ensure data protection compliance in handling shareholders’ and clients’ information.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
LL.B and BL (qualified lawyer in Nigeria).
4–7 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial law, compliance, or capital markets.
Prior experience in a registrar, law firm, or financial services company is an advantage

Knowledge of securities regulation, capital markets, and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
