Document Review & Compliance – Examine onboarding documents for legal compliance
Debt Recovery Management – Support in managing and enforcing legal claims
Legal Drafting & Review – Assist in drafting agreements, letters, and contracts
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure filings and compliance with legal & regulatory bodies
Legal Advisory & Support – Provide research and administrative support to the legal team
Contract Custody & Filing – Maintain proper documentation of legal instruments
Qualifications
LL.B (Law Degree) – From a recognized university (B.L is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of Contract Law, Company Law, and Legal Drafting
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office & legal documentation tools
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
