Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Loan Collection Agent to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding loans by communicating with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely follow-ups—all while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact defaulters via phone, email, or SMS to recover overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment terms and provide guidance on payment options.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and agreements.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department where necessary.
Follow up consistently to ensure adherence to payment plans.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the collection process.
Comply with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data protection standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND (SSCE may be considered with relevant experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Availability to resume immediately.
