Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.
Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and proposals.
Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns where required.
Organize promotional events, campaigns, and activations.
Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
Prepare periodic marketing and performance reports.
Qualifications/Education
Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Requirements:
3 – 5 years experience in Marketing, sales, Business development or related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
