We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in driving sales, attracting new customers, and building lasting client relationships.
This is a performance-based role, and the marketer must consistently bring in a minimum of three (3) new customers every week.

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote the company’s products/services to potential clients
Drive sales and meet weekly/monthly customer acquisition targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide regular updates and reports on marketing and sales activities.

Requirements

Minimum of *SSCE or OND* qualification
Proven experience in marketing or sales
Ability to consistently bring in *at least 3 new customers per week*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with the Lekki and Lagos market
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
Previous experience in field sales or direct marketing is a plus.

Remuneration

Basic Salary: N150,000 monthly
Performance Bonus
Commission: 2% of all sales generated (in addition to basic salary)
