Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Matrix Energy Graduate Internship Program, you must:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or any related discipline.
1–2 years relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Media, Content Development, or Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and content management platforms.
Strong copywriting and content editing capability
Basic understanding of corporate communication principles and employer branding strategies
Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools is an advantage
Experience in social media management tools and website content updates.
Strong visual storytelling and content development skills.
Basic photography and video editing capability will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, creativity and innovation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
