Create, mix, and serve beverages that reflect the hotel’s premium brand while ensuring an exceptional bar experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and inventory of bar area.
Interact with guests to recommend and personalize drinks.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety compliance.
Manage bar stock and record daily sales.
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Mixology / Hospitality.
2 – 4 years experience in an upscale bar or 5-star hotel.
Other Requirements:
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
Skills:
Knowledge of classic and modern mixology.
Creative presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of hygiene and professionalism.
