Join our fast-growing Microfinance Bank and help us shape a bold, professional, and dynamic visual identity across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital and print marketing campaigns
Design high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, product promotions, and brand storytelling
Develop branding assets in line with the bank’s visual identity
Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals
Support the design of internal and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, infographics)

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 3 years work experience.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (including motion graphics work)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience with social media content creation
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the financial services or fintech space is an added advantage
