Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment, ensuring all common areas are presentable and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for staff, including booking venues, flights, and accommodation.
Manage and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and easy retrieval of all company documents.
Assist with preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in collaboration with the finance department.
What You Need
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency with office software and equipment (e.g., MS Office Suite, photocopiers, printers).
A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
