We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize inventory management, website operations, and team coordination across our locations in Ogudu and Ketu.
This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional with strong operational and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee product and material inventory across multiple locations.
Ensure accurate stock records, prompt restocking, and inventory loss prevention.
Work with production and Quality Assuranceteams to manage supply-demand alignment.
Manage back-end operations of the website including stock updates, order flow, and coordination with logistics.
Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure accurate online representation of products.
Improve operational systems and SOPs for higher efficiency.
Track key performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.
Coordinate daily workflows and ensure deadlines are met across departments.
Supervise and support operations staff and logistics personnel.
Provide training, delegate responsibilities, and ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved.
Foster accountability and strong internal communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
4 to 6 years of solid experience in operations or inventory management, preferably in a fashion retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Highly analytical and a strategic thinker.
Proficiency in inventory software, website operations, and logistics systems.
