Lead, manage, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily operations including reservations, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.
Monitor and improve quality assurance standards and operational procedures.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in line with business goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements where needed.
Collaborate with senior management on business strategy, marketing initiatives, and service innovation.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold brand values and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
