Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, tracking shipments and updating stakeholders accordingly.
Coordinate dispatch riders and plan their delivery routes
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to optimize operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and operational reports.
Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements for process efficiency and cost reduction.
Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and logistics disruptions promptly and effectively.
Support the implementation of logistics systems and digital tools to enhance workflow.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or operations within the supply chain industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Must have a valid driving license
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads.
Ability to drive a bus.
Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude, and a problem solver.
The ability to ride a bike is an added advantage.
