Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts
Manage cash, credit, and insurance claims accurately
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
Maintain the cash register and reconcile at the end of the shift
Upsell and promote pharmacy products and services.
Educational Qualification
O-Level certificate with credits in English and Maths
Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
Skills: Basic numeracy, computer skills, and customer service experience
Experience:
Candidates for this position should have at least 2 – 3 years work experience in a Retail organisation.
