We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to support project execution through effective scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and work plans
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
Identify potential delays or risks and recommend corrective actions
Allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity
Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and project requirements
Support budgeting and cost control activities related to project planning
Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines and changes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in planning or project coordination
Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
