We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing activities, vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement documentation while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure goods and services based on company requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
Work closely with Stores, Finance, Production, and other departments to meet procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Track orders and resolve supplier-related issues promptly

Requirements

HND / BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are not eligible.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Good record-keeping, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
