We are seeking a detail- oriented and organized procurement officer to manage procurement activities, maintain equipment, and ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, contracting, purchasing and inventory management, and as well ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans.
Manage tendering and bidding processes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Manage procurement budget and ensure cost savings.
Procure goods and services.
Maintain records and reports.
Qualifications
HND / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills.
Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g SAP, Oracle)
