This initiative is aimed at strengthening our Business and Personal Banking portfolios and driving sustainable revenue growth across regions.
Role Scope:
The Profit Centre Manager (PCM) will be responsible for:
Business Banking: Sourcing, onboarding, and managing business accounts to drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
Personal Banking: Managing individual customer accounts and loan portfolios while ensuring asset quality and profitability.
Cadre:
Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) to Assistant Manager (AM).
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years’ banking experience.
Strong background in deposit mobilization, relationship management, and credit/loan portfolio management.
