Coordinate and deliver startup programs including incubation, capacity building, and innovation initiatives from planning to execution.
Support founders by managing onboarding, engagement, and access to mentors, resources, and learning opportunities.
Organize and manage program activities such as workshops, demo days, training, and community events.
Liaise with mentors, facilitators, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Track program progress, collect feedback, and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and impact.
Support day-to-day program operations, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in a relevant discipline.
2 –3 years’ experience in program coordination, startup support, innovation hubs, NGOs, or ecosystem development.
Strong interest in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology ecosystems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
