Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of university development projects.
Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and consultants.
Prepare project timelines, budgets, and reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Drive efficient project delivery and risk management.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree an added advantage.
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
Minimum of 5 years relevant project-management experience.
Proven track record of handling large-scale construction or institutional development projects.
