As part of our commitment to maintaining world-class quality across all project sites, we are seeking competent and detail-oriented QA/QC Officers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans for construction activities.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings.
�Ensure materials and workmanship conform to approved quality benchmarks.
�Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation for all project phases.
�Identify and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
�Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Construction Management, or related fields.
âÂ� âÂ� Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction or real estate sector.
Sound understanding of construction materials, standards, and testing procedures.
�Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
�Certification in QA/QC or related quality management systems will be an added advantage.
