Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage property development and acquisitions.
Supervise budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all real estate projects.
Maintain all administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
Provide reports and updates to the business owner on progress and challenges.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 – 3 years of experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Experience in management or supervisory.
