We are seeking a qualified Registered Industrial Nurse to provide on-site occupational health services at our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for employee health care, emergency response, compliance with statutory health requirements, and promotion of a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid, emergency care, and routine medical support to employees.
Manage occupational health programs including health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and medical examinations.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist in emergency preparedness, accident response, and incident investigations.
Support health awareness initiatives and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory health and occupational safety regulations.
Coordinate with external medical providers, hospitals, and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
Certification or training in Industrial / Occupational Health Nursing preferred.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or occupational health setting (freshers may be considered).
Skills & Competencies
Strong emergency response and first-aid skills.
Knowledge of occupational health, industrial hazards, and workplace safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle medical emergencies calmly.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical documentation.
