We are looking for a friendly and fashion – savvy Retail Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
Provide fashion advice based on customer preferences and current trends.
Process sales transactions using POS systems, handle cash, and issue receipts.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
Restock shelves, arrange displays, and assist with inventory management.
Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
2 – 3 years previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
Fashion Knowledge: Passion for fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
Must live in Lekki for easy commute.
