Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
Work with Sales Team to Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
Supervise the media team to also Produce valuable and engaging content.
Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.
Requirements
An experienced graduate
4 – 5 years experience in marketing
Indepth knowledge of real estate industry will be an advantage.
