Leading and Motivating a Sales Team: Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff; setting sales targets and quotas; providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Creating and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Managing the Sales Process: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals; managing the sales pipeline; ensuring a positive customer experience.
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyzing Sales Data: Tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 3-5 year experience.
