Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Frozen Foods to lead and grow our frozen foods sales segment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, managing the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to increase market penetration and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for frozen food products.
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within retail, foodservice, and wholesale channels.
Supervise and guide a team of territory sales executives across regions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and brand awareness.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company credit policies.
Provide training and development support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
6–10 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the frozen foods or FMCG sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Nigerian frozen foods market and distribution network.
Must be target-driven with a strong customer focus.
Experience working with a poultry or food processing company.
Ability to develop route-to-market strategies.
Strong network within the HORECA, retail chains, and open market channels.
