The Sales Representative will be responsible formaintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s products or services.
The role involves prospecting for new clients, making sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up support.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
Provide feedback to management about customer needs and product performance.
Qualifications
B.Sc in any field.
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
