Applications are now open for the 2026 Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program. The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering and Embedded Systems Engineering.
Must be a recent graduate of the 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
