The Senior Field Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
The role involves monitoring equipment, supervising field operators, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring strict compliance with operational and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and control field production equipment and systems
Supervise and guide Field Operators and Technicians during operations
Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and routine operational activities
Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain optimal production levels
Conduct regular equipment inspections and performance checks
Identify faults and coordinate maintenance and repairs
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process Technology, or related field
5–8 years’ experience in field operations (oil & gas, energy, or industrial environment)
Strong knowledge of production systems, equipment, and processes.
