Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and other media platforms.
Work closely with the design, content, and partnerships teams to create cohesive brand messages.
Develop marketing briefs and strategies for new launches, talent campaigns and events collaborations.
Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Contribute creative concepts and campaign ideas tailored to entertainment and youth culture audiences.
Manage content calendars and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
Support influencer campaigns and brand activations, including on-site event support when needed.
Stay updated with marketing trends, social media shifts, and industry best practices.
Great undertanding of Social media including Youtube and Tiktok.

Skills:
Solid understanding of audience engagement strategies
Ability to plan, implement and track marketing campaigns (email, social media, influencer, experiential etc)
Strong content development skills for social media, web, email and press.
Experience supporting brand activations, artist launches andcontent releases.
Competence in analyzing metrics and using data to optimize marketing efforts.
Strong communication and creative thinking ability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
