Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure optimal operation.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements.
Manage stock control and reconciliation.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Provide effective leadership and supervision to warehouse operations staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards and procedures.
Manages the day-to-day communication on operational issues for warehousing and distribution with the respective Client representative.
Maintaining and Recording stock report in Tally & ERP system.
Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management, Business administration, or a related field.
8 years experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, FMCG operations is a plus.
Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control.
Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management.
