We are hiring a SEO/SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our organic and paid search performance who will be responsible for increasing website visibility and driving qualified traffic.
Responsibilities
Optimize website content, meta data Innovate and site structure.
Track KPI’s and prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with web developers to improve site speed, mobile friendliness and site architecture.
Run experiments on ad versions and landing pages to determine which strategies yield the most conversions.
Use tools like Google search console to track ranking and identify technical errors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer science or a relating field.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Website structure.
Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with 3 to 5 years’ experience.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Experience knowledge of Google ads, keyword tools and analytics platforms.
Salary
N500,000 / month.
