We are seeking an experienced STS Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfers, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive marine operations experience, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee STS operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Conduct risk assessmentsand enforcesafety protocols.
Coordinate with vessel masters, mooring masters, and STS service providers.
Ensure compliance with NIMASA, DPR, OCIMF, MARPOL, and international maritime regulations.
Supervise STS teams and liaise with port authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain operational reports, records, and equipment readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degreein Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
Master Mariner CoC or Chief Officer experience(preferred).
8-10 years of experience in marine/STS operations.
Strong knowledge of OCIMF guidelines, MARPOL regulations, and risk management.
