We are looking for a Shipping & Documentation Coordinator to manage local and international shipments, prepare and maintain shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, HS codes, and import/export requirements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
Monitor logistics KPIs, shipping costs, and delivery performance. Cv
Support inventory movement and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
Assist with process improvements and logistics optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export documentation.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
