The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations and renovation projects. The role ensures smooth coordination between material deliveries, storage, and usage while supervising artisans and contractors on-site.
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining project timelines, cost control, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day construction and renovation activities.
Ensure artisans and contractors work according to specifications and safety standards.
Oversee delivery, proper storage, and usage of construction materials.
Maintain accurate records of materials received, used, and remaining.
Act as the first point of contact on-site for artisans, vendors, and contractors.
Report daily progress, issues, and site needs to management.
Ensure workmanship meets standards of quality and design.
Highlight and correct any defects or deviations immediately.
Enforce safety guidelines and site cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with legal and company safety policies.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent site experience).
Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising construction or renovation sites.
Strong passion/interest in building construction and interior design
Proven ability to manage artisans and coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
