Job Summary
To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly and effectively done according to laid down company procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Installation of all the solar, inverters, batteries and stabilizers according to SOP.
Perform routine PV system maintenance on modules and batteries.
Identify and resolve any deficiencies in PV system installation.
Identify electrical, environmental and safety hazards associated with PV installation.
Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.
Ensure the proper functioning of the product after installation and FSR.
Ensure proper training of customers on the functionality of the product.
Liaise with the customer regarding the status of product after installation and FSR.
Performs other functions as assigned.

To attend to customer needs in a professional manner and ensure that all installation and repair jobs are completed efficiently.
Job Specifications
Minimum of OND qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
2 – 3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
