The groups activities encompass Guard Services, loan and PDO Recovery, Patrol system, and tracking systems.Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage state aggregators and agent networks.
Drive POS deployment, management, and maintenance within assigned state.
Ensure revenue targets are achieved and maintain a95% active agent base.
Oversee branding and visibility initiativesin line with company standards (PICOS).
Coordinate POS distribution, retrieval, and repairs in collaboration with the EUS team.
Ensure aggregators fund their agents promptly and maintain zero float balance.
Identify and implement opportunities for market penetration and growth.
Monitor and report competitor activities and propose counter strategies.
Ensure effective management of POSM materials to avoid damage or wastage.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
2+ years of commercial or business management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or banking.
1–2 years of experience in POS managementor agency banking operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage aggregators and agents effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer applications.
Must be performance-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
