We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage our warehouse in Ado Ekiti.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe
Coordinate with the procurement team to order supplies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment

Conduct physical count to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products at the store
Receive incoming products according to DCE’s policy and procedures
Maintain online inventory management software and ensure timely identification of triggers to initiate actions for stock replenishment
Post details of receipt and dispatch transactions and ensure the integrity of the inventory management system
Maintain up-to-date records of material inventory at the stores (existing stocks, pending orders etc)
Provide information on current stock and order to provide justification for reordering
Perform end-of-the-day inventory reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolve in time
Maintain the approved best practices of HSE in the store.

Requirements

OND/HND/BSc in Purchasing and Supply Management, Accounting, Economics and related field of studies
Minimum of three years experience in the field
Basic knowledge of system-based inventory management system.
