Lead and manage subsea maintenance teams and activities.
Oversee preparation, maintenance, and readiness of subsea equipment.
Coordinate maintenance planning around rig schedules and future projects.
Monitor HSEQ, KPIs, worksite performance, and continuous improvement.
Manage contractors, inventory, quality systems, and maintenance programmes.
Support incident investigations, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
Requirements
HNC, HND, or equivalent technical qualification.
10+ years’ experience in subsea equipment maintenance or engineering.
Strong knowledge of Wellheads, Tubing Hangers, Christmas Trees, SSTTs, and subsea intervention equipment.
Experience with subsea contractors and oil & gas operators.
Knowledge of QMS, auditing, RCA, and quality control.
Experience with SAP/CMMS and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Valid BOSIET/HUET certification.
