We ae seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our salon’s standards and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate salon staff activities and schedules.
Ensure top-quality customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Provide feedback, training, and motivation to team members.
Support implementation of salon policies and promote a productive work environment.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Management or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a salon, spa, or retail setting).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
