The company is looking for a Supervisor who can take charge of daily operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth service delivery.
The ideal candidates should be firm, observant, and capable of maintaining discipline among staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff activities.
Ensure staff follow procedures, service standards, and company rules.
Monitor goods, stock movement, and usage.
Report shortages, damages, or mismanagement.
Support the accountant in tracking stock and cash-related activities.
Correct staff when necessary and prevent misconduct by working hand in hand with HR.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
HND or BSc in any related field.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is compulsory.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to speak up, enforce discipline, and maintain standards.
Smart, proactive, reliable, and loyal.
Ability to identify problems quickly and take initiative.
