We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading player in the roofing and construction market.
This is an onsite role for a strategic thinker who doesn’t just “sell” products but provides technical solutions that build the future.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to dominate the roofing market.
Build and maintain “iron-clad” relationships with Architects, Developers, and Contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and lead market penetration initiatives.
Translate technical product benefits into winning business proposals.
Who You Are
Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experienced: Proven track record in sales/marketing specifically within roofing, building materials, or construction.
Connected: You already have a “rolodex” of industry stakeholders and understand current market trends.
Strategic: You can read a BOQ, interpret project needs, and negotiate like a pro.
