Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training programs across different business units.
Support daily operations under the supervision of experienced managers.
Contribute to projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
Gain practical knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and deliver results.
Requirements
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates from Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are particularly encouraged to apply)
Must have completed NYSC.
Must be 26 years or younger.
Must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
