We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to oversee daily inventory operations, manage stock movement, and ensure smooth logistics execution.
Handle receiving, dispatching, record-keeping, and maintain warehouse organization
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, organize stock for optimal space utilization and quick access.
Prepare orders for delivery, coordinate with delivery team, and ensure accurate order picking, packing, and labeling.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the Warehouse and perform regular physical stock counts (cycle counts/audits).
Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage, report discrepancies, and strictly enforce warehouse protocols and standards.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in any relevant discipline
Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
Proficiency with microsoft office suites
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, clear communication, and solid problem-solving skills.
