Monitoring spending and budgets
Auditing and analyzing financial performance
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulation.
Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statement and cash flow.
Assisting in developing and managing budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.
Analyzing and controlling labor, food and operational cost.
Managing vendor invoices, payment and customer receipts.
Processing employees salaries, wages and benefits
Providing regular financial reports to management ownership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field with 3-5 years working experience.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Special License or certificate may be required.
Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes
Ethical behavior.
