Business Manager at Kaylog Economic Freedom Campaign (KEFC)

Kaylog Economic Freedom Campaign (KEFC) founded by Wale Adenle was originally conceived as a business idea in 2017 and formally kicked off in February 2018 with operations in Abeokuta. Wale Adenle has worked in the Nigerian banking industry where he gained cognate experience in credit and finance for over a decade. We run a money lending business that addresses the financial challenge faced by most SMEs and traders. KEFC commenced business with an office at Abeokuta and now has over 20 branches, thankfully to the sheer efforts of our staff and management.Responsibilities

Editing and approval of loan applications on system.
Recruitment of borrower’s.
Marketing and remarketing.
Transaction posting under superior directives and approval.
Bank cash deposit of credit officers when the need arises.
Attend to all correspondence from head office.
Oversee and supervise all activities in the branch/branches.
Approve Head Credit Support Officer (HCSO) transactions ONLY.
Reconcile all staff transactions regularly (Credit Support Officer ledgers and Borrowers Passbook).
Attend to all transaction or control template e.g monthly balance review, weekly proof of account e.t.c.
Regular checking of posting to ensure accuracy.
Regular comparison of ledger, pasbook, general ledger with posting to ensure uniformity
Oversee daily disbursement.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma from any recognized University/Polytechnic.
3 – 6 years work experience
Strong Analytical and Soft skills.
Interest in the Banking and Financial Service Industry.
Report preparation and Interpretation.
Creativity drive and track record achievement
