We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our healthcare center.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations, staff efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate will support compliance efforts and drive quality assurance across all non-clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, logistics, and workflow coordination
Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational policies
Coordinate and track facility maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution
Manage and process patient referrals, maintaining communication with referring physicians

Patient Experience & Front Desk Oversight:

Supervise front desk and patient service teams to ensure efficient check-ins and accurate documentation
Address patient concerns or delays professionally, escalating when necessary
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized reception and waiting area

Staff Coordination & HR Support:

Monitor staff attendance, manage rosters, and support shift planning
Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees, interns, or trainees
Organize team meetings, training sessions, and daily briefings
Encourage a positive and collaborative environment for staff and patients alike
Track and report on key administrative and performance metrics

Reporting:

Compile weekly and monthly operational reports covering patient volumes, service delivery, and team efficiency
Provide insights and updates to management on performance trends and process improvements
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Support compliance with healthcare regulations, facility safety, and radiotherapy quality standards
Monitor documentation practices to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits or inspections
Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance patient care

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations
Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
