Responsible for carrying out assigned duties efficiently and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
The role involves ensuring compliance with school policies, supporting teaching and learning objectives, and contributing to the overall development of the institution.
Responsibilities
Prepare and implement lesson plans and instructional materials.
Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and attendance.
Support and participate in school activities and programs.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of official materials.
Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance teaching standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the school management.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in classroom management and instructional delivery.
Good interpersonal relations and teamwork.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
Professional teaching qualification (TRCN certification is an added advantage).
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience.
Previous experience in a reputable school environment is preferred.
