We are a sports media brand seeking a Affiliate & Programmatic Revenue Manager to take full ownership of our revenue generation.
In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for maximizing income through direct advertising sales, sportsbook affiliate partnerships, and programmatic ad networks (Google Ad Manager, header bidding).
This is a hands-on position with a sole focus on revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Set and achieve monthly revenue targets from direct brand advertising, sportsbook affiliate channels, and Google Ad Manager / programmatic yield.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with sportsbook affiliate partners and direct advertisers.
Implement and enforce an anti-cannibalisation policy for content monetization (affiliate links vs. direct ads).
Optimize ad inventory and programmatic yield using SEO and header bidding strategies.
Collaborate with content and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of monetization strategies.
Requirements
5+ years in digital media revenue generation (sports, news, or affiliate publishing).
Proven experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, and affiliate networks.
Strong understanding of SEO and programmatic yield management.
Familiarity with the Nigerian media landscape is a plus.
